Keith's Uncle

Keith's uncle, Garvis Fields, passed away Wednesday night. He was Keith's only surviving uncle. He had been in the hospital for about a week. Garvis was 80 years old. A full military service will be Saturday at Loretto Memorial Chapel in Loretto, TN. Visitation will be 10-12 with the funeral at noon. Keith's father, 3 brothers, and 2 of his 3 sisters will be coming here tomorrow. Half of them will stay with us and the other half with his mom. They will be here through the weekend. Please pray for their safety while traveling. Thanks!

• Willie T went back to the doctor yesterday. She's been having a lot of trouble breathing. They doubled her medication and put her on oxygen.
• Evelyn is to go to the doctor on Thursday to get the report back from recent tests (re: arterial blockages).
• My mother is doing so-so. She has definitely had a down turn the last couple of weeks -- probably just a progression of the Alzheimer's. They're starting her on physical therapy to see if that won't perk her up a little bit.
• Willa Jean is also taking physical therapy, and we hope that it will have a good effect!
• Don't forget to remember the Ethiopian Christians who are faced with a severe famine at this time.
